Returns and Exchanges

Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Films in their original packaging, unused, uncut and undamaged
• Accessories (squeegee, utility knife, etc.) — in unused condition
• Incorrectly/defectively shipped products (including courier-related)

• Opened, cut or applied films
• Products cut to custom measurements
• Products with damaged packaging
• Return requests made after the 14-day period has expired

1. Return Request: Write to bilgi@homecc.com.tr with your order number and reason for return, or call +90 212 670 0982.
2. Return Approval: Your request is reviewed and, once approved, return shipping details are sent to you.
3. Product Shipment: Ship the product to the specified address, complete and in its original packaging.
4. Refund: After the product is checked, the payment amount is refunded through the channel you paid with, within 5-10 business days.

For size, colour or model change requests:

• If the new product is in stock, the exchange is made directly.
• If there is a price difference, the difference is charged or refunded.
• Exchange products must be unused.

• If the product is faulty or defective: Homecc covers the shipping cost.
• For use of the right of withdrawal: the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
• If the wrong product was shipped: Homecc covers the shipping cost.

• Credit card: 5-10 business days (depending on bank timing)
• Transfer/EFT: 3-5 business days
• Cash on delivery: to the bank account you specify, within 5-7 business days

The reflection time may vary according to bank policies; in case of delay, we recommend contacting your bank.

If you notice that the packaging is damaged during courier delivery:

• Open the packaging in front of the courier before accepting it
• If you detect damage, do not accept it and have a courier report drawn up
• Inform us within 24 hours (email + photo)

For damaged products that follow these steps, an immediate exchange/refund is made.
